We were founded in Streatham in 2014 to give freeholders/leaseholders an alternative to the large national agents. We remain independent, employ our own property managers and take no undisclosed commission from contractors or insurers.
Every building is assigned a named manager and where required a surveyor, both of whom attend your AGM and are contactable directly.
